Techdinamics is now an approved Solution Provider for Walmart Marketplace. Its order management system, techOMS, is available in the Walmart Marketplace App Store.
This availability aligns with Walmart Marketplace’s transition from Delegated Access keys to OAuth 2.0 authorization for approved Solution Providers in the U.S. Sellers authorize these app connections through the Walmart Marketplace App Store.
The integration allows sellers to import Walmart Marketplace sales orders and products into techOMS and send inventory levels back to the marketplace. For brands and retailers, this connects Walmart Marketplace data with their broader order management and fulfillment workflows. Existing techOMS customers can also connect Walmart Marketplace as a sales channel.
As Andres Denis, Solutions Architect at Techdinamics, explains:
“The collaboration reflects our focus on expanding our catalog of sales channel integrations and supporting existing Walmart Marketplace sellers, while creating opportunities for techOMS customers interested in selling through the marketplace.”
The integration supports three core synchronization actions:
Receive sales orders from Walmart Marketplace: Bring marketplace orders into techOMS.
Send inventory levels to Walmart Marketplace: Update the marketplace with inventory levels from techOMS.
Import products from Walmart Marketplace: Bring product information into techOMS using the selected import criteria.
These capabilities connect order intake, inventory updates, and product imports through the same sales channel. For teams managing Walmart Marketplace alongside other connected channels, the integration brings marketplace information into the system they use to coordinate fulfillment.
The integration includes order and product import filters, along with SKU, carrier, and warehouse mappings. These settings let sellers control which records are imported and align Walmart Marketplace data with their product records and warehouse setup.
For operations working with multiple warehouses, warehouse mappings allow teams to link their techOMS warehouse entities with external warehouse entities.

Walmart Marketplace is Walmart’s online marketplace for third-party sellers. It allows businesses to list and sell products through Walmart’s ecommerce platform, giving brands and retailers an additional sales channel for reaching online shoppers.
techOMS is Techdinamics’ order management system. It connects sales channels with warehouses and fulfillment systems, helping teams coordinate orders and inventory across locations. Its capabilities include automated order routing, inventory synchronization, and configurable fulfillment workflows for brands, retailers, 3PLs, and other fulfillment operations.
The Walmart Marketplace sales channel can receive sales orders and import products from Walmart Marketplace into techOMS and send inventory levels from techOMS to Walmart Marketplace. Users can initiate these synchronization actions manually. Order-status selections and product-status filters determine which records are imported.
techOMS is available in the Walmart Marketplace App Store. Connecting Walmart Marketplace requires a Walmart Marketplace seller account and a Walmart sales channel connection in techOMS. Existing customers can reach out to their Techdinamics representative for guidance. Businesses interested in techOMS can contact our team for more information.
By default, techOMS imports Walmart Marketplace products that have an ACTIVE lifecycle status and a PUBLISHED publication status. Products must match both selected criteria. Users can adjust the filters to include other supported statuses or select ALL, depending on which product records they want to import.
The Walmart Marketplace sales channel offers market selections for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Chile, using the codes US, CA, MX, and CL. US is the default. Webhooks are supported only for the US market, so webhook availability differs from the broader set of market options.
When a Walmart Marketplace sales order includes ShipNode, techOMS uses that value to filter the order by destination warehouse. When ShipNode is absent, the order is imported without location filtering. Warehouse mappings allow teams to link techOMS warehouse entities with external warehouse entities as part of the channel setup.
