PARCEL Forum ’26 has officially wrapped. Held September 14–16 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, the three-day event brought together professionals from across the parcel, fulfillment, logistics, and shipping space for education, networking, and show-floor conversations.
We were on-site at Booth 419, with Fallon Schneider, Clare Zeltner, Nathan Goobie, Rob Guerriere, and Mickey Milan representing teams across sales and partnerships. Between conversations with customers and partners, new introductions on the show floor, sessions, and time together outside the expo hall, the team gained a clear view of what is top of mind across the parcel industry right now.
For the Techdinamics team, Booth 419 was a home base for connecting with familiar faces and meeting new people across the fulfillment community. Conversations ranged from current operational priorities to the bigger questions facing shippers, 3PLs, and brands as fulfillment expectations continue to rise.
Across those conversations, a few operational priorities came up repeatedly: easier access to data and operational insight, less manual work, stronger visibility, and better connectivity between systems. As peak season approaches, teams were especially interested in reducing manual tracking, managing rates more effectively, and using technology to streamline day-to-day operations.
We also had some fun at the booth! Congratulations to Peter Marcinek of Capacity LLC, the winner of our Meta glasses giveaway.
PARCEL Forum gave the team a useful view into the conversations shaping parcel operations today, especially the growing connection between fulfillment decisions and the end customer’s experience.
One standout for Fallon Schneider, Director of Sales at Techdinamics, was the American Eagle Outfitters and Amazon Supply Chain Services keynote:
“I especially enjoyed the American Eagle Outfitters Inc. x Amazon Supply Chain Services keynote and their perspective on the connection between fulfillment, customer experience, and brand identity.”
It is an important reminder that fulfillment is not only an operational concern. The choices businesses make around shipping, delivery, visibility, and service all influence how customers experience a brand.
PARCEL Forum brought together a strong mix of technology vendors, shippers, and industry partners, all ready to exchange ideas and learn from one another. As Senior Account Executive at Techdinamics Mickey Milan put it, the event was “informative and collaborative,” with people eager to share best practices and hear about the trends shaping parcel operations.
Carrier choice was another clear theme. Nathan Goobie, Head of Carrier Partnerships at Techdinamics, noted that regional carriers are becoming a more prominent option for shippers:
“More people are considering regional carriers. It shows how the carrier landscape is changing, with a lot more players in the market.”
Some of the best conversations at an event happen once the sessions end. Alongside a relaxed dinner catch-up with our customer eGourmet, PARCEL Forum gave the team the chance to reconnect with partners including GoFo, Bauble Bar, Parsel, and Octup, and continue conversations from the show floor in person.
The week also created space for community. As Clare Zeltner, Partnerships Coordinator at Techdinamics, shared after the event:
“It is always a highlight when the women in logistics get together. It was so lovely connecting with so many incredible women across the industry.”
From booth conversations to industry sessions, customer dinners, and new connections, PARCEL Forum ’26 was a memorable three days in Orlando.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet the Techdinamics team. If we connected at the event and you would like to continue the conversation, get in touch with us.
