Like many fulfillment providers, eGourmet experienced a major shift in demand during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Kemper, order volumes tripled almost overnight in March 2020 as consumers increasingly turned to online purchasing. By 2024, overall volumes had increased by 450%.
To address these challenges, eGourmet partnered with Techdinamics and implemented techOMS. During the interview, Kemper explains that flexibility was a critical factor in the decision-making process.
