IGNITE 25, Techdinamics' first-ever user conference, has officially wrapped!
Hosted from September 16 to 18 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, the event brought together fulfillment professionals, industry leaders, Techdinamics executives and specialists, partners, and customers for three unforgettable days of learning, connection, and inspiration.
With more than 100 attendees, 20+ sessions, multiple social events, and six sponsors, IGNITE 25 was the perfect kickoff for many more conferences to come.
The event teed off early on the morning of day one with a golf tournament at Lionhead Golf Course.
Thirty golfers joined the 18-hole scramble tournament, which had five awards up for grabs.
At noon, registration opened at the Westin, where attendees were greeted with a networking happy hour before heading to the harbour for an evening reception aboard the Odyssey, a three-level yacht that cruised along the Toronto waterfront.
Toronto’s skyline set the perfect backdrop for attendees to network while enjoying drinks, dinner, games, and giveaways.
Edward Aguiar, CEO and CTO of Techdinamics, kicked off day two at the Westin in front of a full house, sharing his vision for 2026 and highlighting how innovation and customer-driven development will continue to shape the company’s future.
Day two was packed with educational sessions led by the Techdinamics team, as well as panel discussions featuring partners and customers, and exclusive C-suite roundtables.
Some of the highlights included:
To wrap up day two, participants were invited to a reception at Toronto’s legendary Hockey Hall of Fame. This museum celebrates the history of hockey with interactive exhibits and fun games.
On day three, the morning kicked off with one of the most anticipated sessions of the conference. Edward Aguiar took the stage alongside Maria Malesevic, VP of Sales and Marketing, to unveil Insights, the new analytics module now integrated into our products, techSHIP and techOMS.
Edward walked the audience through each dashboard in a live demo, highlighting the key metrics available to fulfillment teams: order fulfillment times, average order value, shipment costs per order, carrier performance, order accuracy rate, and exception reporting, among others.
To close the session, two customers were invited to join a panel discussion. Florent Bojarkski of Mantoria, a techSHIP client, and Andre Vanegas of Yoke Fulfillment, a techOMS client, had early access to the beta version of Insights and shared their experiences using the module in their day-to-day operations.
After two and a half days of learning, networking, and Canadian fun, IGNITE concluded with Edward’s closing remarks, where he thanked everyone for their participation and enthusiasm. He also shared that this was just the beginning of many more user conferences to come. The next edition of IGNITE is already on the horizon, set for 2027.
