Insights Launch

On day three, the morning kicked off with one of the most anticipated sessions of the conference. Edward Aguiar took the stage alongside Maria Malesevic, VP of Sales and Marketing, to unveil Insights, the new analytics module now integrated into our products, techSHIP and techOMS

Edward walked the audience through each dashboard in a live demo, highlighting the key metrics available to fulfillment teams: order fulfillment times, average order value, shipment costs per order, carrier performance, order accuracy rate, and exception reporting, among others.

To close the session, two customers were invited to join a panel discussion. Florent Bojarkski of Mantoria, a techSHIP client, and Andre Vanegas of Yoke Fulfillment, a techOMS client, had early access to the beta version of Insights and shared their experiences using the module in their day-to-day operations.
